Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement customized workflows and applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in scripting, configuring ServiceNow modules, and integrating third-party systems to automate IT service management and business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, build scalable solutions, and continuously improve platform capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet business requirements using JavaScript, Jelly scripting, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Customize and extend ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM to automate and streamline business processes.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and other middleware tools.
- Perform regular system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Maintain documentation of development work, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing ServiceNow solutions, including debugging and resolving incidents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as ServiceNow Developer
