Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business processes and customer engagement strategies. This role requires strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, Apex, Visualforce, and integration with external systems. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions that enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Implement and optimize Sales Cloud features such as lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline reporting to support the sales team.
- Develop and manage Marketing Cloud automations including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio to enable personalized marketing campaigns.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or native connectors for seamless data flow.
- Customize data models, workflows, and process builders to automate business processes and ensure data integrity across Sales and Marketing Clouds.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including sales, marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce components following CI/CD and agile development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce software development.
